- Scheduling parent/teacher conferences
- Assisting with the enrollment process
- Corresponding with schools to obtain records for new students
- Printing transcripts for current and former students
- Maintaining records in guidance office and records room
- Serving as backup to the data manager for attendance purposes
- Updating current graduation list and ordering diplomas
- Mailing final transcripts for all seniors to designated colleges
- Purging senior files
- Assisting guidance counselors on a daily basis
- Establishing a friendly and helpful atmosphere
